Caring – to care – in all of its forms and in just about any culture and language one can imagine - has existed as just so much normalcy in the day-to-day of life. It appears to be something worthy of our consideration, our time, our efforts & most, if not all, of our resources.
The importance of sleep in daily life is that it is considered a basic necessity of life, as important to our health and well-being as air, food and water.
There is a part of us that knows everything. There is also a part of us that wants to know everything. The part that wants to know everything is the part that the unenlightened identify themselves with.
